Our path is to support healing, meditation, rejuvenation, and personal growth. Our vision is to have a permanent space in a lush tropical paradise, an environment which supports meditation by pleasing all the senses. We are planning to open a meditation center and spa which will become a sanctuary for urban seekers, a place where meditators can participate in groups and ecological adventures, enjoying the pristine environment and nourishing live vegan food.

ENERGY OF BREATH RETREAT AND HOLISTIC CENTER PROJECT

With Dharma Giten and Arpana Rohi

OUR MISSION:

We are a team of expert workshop, educational training, and seminar leaders, specializing in the area of personal transformation via active meditation, Reiki energy work, breath therapy, holistic nutrition, and massage therapy. From day-long workshops to three-week long trainings, we provide a distinct and effective, as well as innovative and fun, thorough approach to personal awareness, spiritual healing, and body rejuvenation.

WE PROPOSE TO OFFER OUR SERVICES IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

1). AS PART OF AN ALREADY EXISTING ENTITY-AS A COLLABORATION.

We are open to the idea of coming to a retreat center, spa, or hotel, offering our services to the center's already existing clients, as well as bringing in our own groups. We would facilitate meditations, yoga classes, Thai yoga massage workshops, nutrition, fasting and detoxification programs, aquaprana (body and breathwork in the water), breath therapy (body-oriented psychotherapy workshops), and Reiki energy healing initiations and trainings. We would also offer celebrational dance events with our own music production.

2). CREATING AND BUILDING OUR OWN CENTER AT OUR OWN LOCATION, SPONSORED BY AN INVESTOR AND JOINING FORCES WITH A MASTERMIND TEAM. We would design and offer a menu of spa services, retreat options, eco-tours, and workshops as detailed in #1) above.

3). WE ARE OPEN TO OTHER OPTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE OUR WORK WIDELY RE-KNOWN AND AVAILABLE, AND APPEALING TO PEOPLE TRAVELING ESPECIALLY TO EXPERIENCE FEELING REFRESHED AND ALIVE.

OUR FACILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Comfortable accommodations for guests-on premises or nearby hotel-minimum 20-30 guests or more.
2. Dining room or restaurant, equipped for creating healthy, cleansing meals (we would design a special menu).
3. Separate housing for Energy of Breath team (Arpana Rohi and Dharma Giten) and visiting therapists.
4. Large group room-minimum 1000 sq. ft. with wooden, cork, or other impact-absorbing floor and high ceilings (10ft or higher), also equipped with high quality stereo and DJ booth equipment,TV/video system, and adjustable lighting.
5. Walking distance from the beach-or few minutes driving from the beach. We would be utilizing the beach for our guided meditations and group work,as well as for music and dance parties for our retreat guests (we would require a mobile DJ system for this purpose).
6. Swimming pool for aquaprana-in proximity or on premises-with substantial area that is 4ft deep, which can have a deeper end, but at least 30ft by 20ft in size.
7. Spa facilities, with massage therapy rooms, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, facials room, colonic irrigation rooms.
8. On premises laundry facility.

EMPLOYEES:

We can either-
1) Hire employees to take care of administrative, marketing, and facility upkeep duties
Or-
2) Set up a commune-style situation where people provide services for the centers (spa services, housekeeping, cooking, and administrative services) in exchange for living on the premises and for a determined salary.

PRODUCTS AND MERCHANDISE:

We will make available the following products:
1). State-of-the-art nutritional and cleansing supplements and superfoods/health foods supplies.
2). Natural body care products.
3) Guided meditation CDs composed and produced by the Energy of Breath team, as well as by other companies we recommend.
4) Documentary film created by Energy of Breath team illustrating the effects of the benefits of living a clear and centered lifestyle on physical/emotional/spiritual health awareness.
