Meditation 101 for Everyone (4 weekly evening classes) 

Does meditation seem unattainable, extraordinary, and/or boring? Or do you think only sages in the Himalayas know how to meditate? You can learn new and simple ways to meditate through Energy Of Breath Institute's innovative and fun meditation classes. Meditation equals better health, clarity of mind, groundedness and balanced emotions, plus access to higher levels of physical energy. In Meditation 101 we teach you simple techniques to calm your mind which you can practice at home or anywhere. You will learn that meditation is a natural state of being that you take with you everywhere. Our approach will help you to access much more joy and appreciation for life, yourself and others. Anyone can do it!

De-Stress: Business Men and Women (4 weekly evening classes) 

Is running your own business inspiring yet overwhelming, or the job you are in taking up all your energy and time? Learn the physics of how to slow down time! Rohi and Giten of Energy Of Breath Institute will share with you how they manage to run their own business and private practice with these tested and proven methods for meditating, focusing, surrendering, and staying present to the reality of each moment. You will understand how to harness your energy to create the majority of your business results in a fraction of the time. This seminar will also help you to do the same for every area of your life. Too busy to come to four one-hour classes? Think again!

Busy Couple and Family: Connecting and Relating (4 weekly evening classes) 

We know how busy you are--so are we! Yet, we have found a way to prioritize what will make our lives flow with harmony and ease, including time for a satisfying and intimate connection. Everybody gets so busy with surviving and passing on tasks to each other--which leads to vulnerability, raw emotions or numbness, and unsatisfying routines just to get by. Even with children and other responsibilities, it is possible to access a space of connection and being present with each other on a daily basis. You will learn to use the tools of meditation and other useful exercises to restore and keep your connection with each other extraordinary. Find out how to create time, and the right attitude, for connecting with your children and your partner on a deeper and more meaningful level.

Healthy Eating For Busy Professionals (4 weekly evening classes) 

It's lunch time at the office and you are puzzled what to eat for lunch today. Sounds familiar? Fast food does not have to be junk food. In this class you'll learn about the basics of healthy eating and food combining to achieve and maintain good health. There is a correlation between the quality of food you eat and your moods and energy levels. A healthy diet will affect every area of your life including your career in a positive and vibrant way. Don't grab a slice of pizza for lunch or dinner or a bagel in the morning just because it's convenient, and sacrifice your health and vitality in the process. Even for those high-power lunch and dinner meetings there are options which will not weigh you down or make you gain a few pounds. Learn how to eat in a healthy way!
