What to expect in a Reiki session:

You will lay down and relax as Rohi places her hands on or over different areas of your body, while channeling healing energy to support you in healing on mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual, and physical planes. You will feel a profound sense of well-being and deep surrender, just like in meditation. Reiki, sometimes gentle and sometimes intense, always promotes very deep healing and clearing in all situations by raising the vibration of your cells and entire being.

Reiki Trainings and Initiations: 1st Degree, 2nd Degree, and 3rd Degree/Reiki Master

The person who becomes a Reiki healer receives an initiation, which opens the energy channels of the body and clears any obstructions in energy flow. The initiation connects the new Reiki healer to the source of Universal Energy for life, as if the light switch has been turned on and electricity can then flow. You become increasingly in tune to other dimensions of reality and perception.

What is also beautiful about becoming attuned with Reiki is that the attunement serves as a catalyst for expanded and rapid personal growth. You can become attuned for your own journey as well as to work with Reiki with others. Since you vibrate at a higher level with each attunement, you also draw like-vibration situations into your life--more and more prosperous and harmonious as you continue evolving.

Your connection to the source and the ability to channel the energy is further enhanced with additional initiations. Reiki 1st Degree includes the initial attunement for self-healing and hands-on healing for others, Reiki 2nd Degree enables the healer to transmit energy long-distance, even across the world, and Reiki 3rd Degree/ Reiki Master enables the healer to perform Reiki initiations on others and teach the Reiki approach to healing.

After a Reiki initiation, a 21-day cleansing cycle ensues. Emotions, belief systems, and physical ailments may intensify and come to the surface for clearing and release.
