What to expect in an AquaBreath session:

You will be held in water (either a pool or open water) by the therapist as you go into connected breathing through your mouth. Your body will be moved gently in a series of opening motions that may bring up deep insights about your self as well as aid you to release emotional and physical blockages, especially helping you to release fear and open up to trust.  In more advanced sessions your face will be underwater for brief moments.

Mimicking some of the movements you experienced as a fetus in your mother's womb, this therapy takes you back to the sensations and emotions you felt at the beginning stages of your life.
