Welcome to Energy of Breath Institute!

Facilitate your opening, growth, and healing through our breathwork, bodywork and holistic therapy sessions, workshops, and retreats. Our unique approach fuses ancient Eastern meditative and intuitive traditions with Western scientific, anatomical, and psychological systems. Our work is supported by the strong foundation of Osho's Meditative Therapies which incorporate dance, music, and celebration.

As a result of participating in Energy of Breath Institute's programs  you will feel grounded in your body, and authentically express your sexuality--the key to your creativity and financial abundance. You will release stress and tension, therefore feeling joyful and fully self-expressed. You will move beyond the conditioning you acquired since birth, so you can feel radiant and alive.

In our work we create and utilize a line of meditation and self-exploration materials such as books, CDs, and body care and nutritional products, as well as personal transformation program packages.
